The #fatmanX Series

Since 2012 I've been on a mission to improve my health. In that time, I've had some success and some failure, but most importantly, I learned a lot.

The #fatmanX series is a collection of thoughts posted over a period of about a year, from late 2014 to late 2015. I mostly did them to stay motivated and publicly accountable as I transitioned into the new and frightening world of physical exercise. The catharsis obtained by airing my emotions during this period helped keep me on track. Maybe you'll find some value in them as well.
