I didn't post an update on Friday (just a placeholder), thought it was a great workout. I spent the rest of that day and most of the weekend unpacking and getting settled into our new place, which is totally awesome.
My trainer is taking Friday off, so this is going to be a short week for us—more of a cardio-heavy plan. Getting back into running hasn't been easy. I ran up Denny on Sunday and just about died in the first five minutes. The last 30 were comparatively easy, however. :)
Today's workout was great. PR on deadlifts—205 4-rep max (I wussed out on the last rep), up from 155 the previous week. Also did better on standing military press, though I forget the exact numbers. Yay, improvement!
