Wednesday. Leg day. Went a lot better than Monday, which was absolute hell for some reason. They can't all be good.
But today's was! I messed up my knee a little bit last week, so my trainer decided to skip front squats, though I did pretty well on back squats, I think. After that we did some single leg stuff with a BOSU ball, and more single-leg stuff with some free weights and a box. I don't know the names of any of those exercises, but I hated them all, so they must be good. Mostly they were hard because I have terrible balance. (Or, as my trainer said, "Your balance... could be better.")
More things to improve. Always more things to improve.
