Moving right along. Wednesday. Leg day. I don't know why I ever thought it was easy. More than any other activity (running included), leg day has the most potential to absolutely ruin me. By the end of the workout, I can hardly see straight. The rest of the day, my legs don't function. For the following two days, they're sore. Any sane person would cut legs from their routine altogether.
I guess that's why so many do.
