I'm in my 21st week of strength training. If you haven't noticed, I haven't been good at keeping up with blog posts. Lifting has become such a habit now that I barely think about it (except at 5:30a when I'm supposed to be getting up for it). As I did with running at week 9, I think it's about time to wind down the per-session strength training updates, and reserve them for milestones or major changes.
Like they say, "No news is good news."
