Week 2, Day 2 #fatmanlifts


My original plan was to do five personal training sessions, then fly on my own. But after every exercise in every session so far (today being my fourth), I think, "Man, I would have been doing that totally wrong if not for him." So, I'm thinking it's probably best to stick it out a bit longer, until I'm closer to nailing the form.

One of the most liberating and exciting things I've taken away from this entire #fatmanX experience is being a complete beginner again - knowing I don't know anything, and accepting that, so that I might begin to learn more.
