I was sick on Tuesday (and a bit Wednesday), so... had to cancel both my normal workouts this week. Did manage to get one in this morning. The gym at 9a is very different from the gym at 7a. Wish I could do it at that hour every day.
I've decided to step up my training to 3x per week, starting the week after next. 2x has been a good intro, but I'm tired of not seeing faster gains. So. That should be interesting.
